Brian Cox gave a half-hour talk about acting for the British American Drama Academy at Oxford where my wife Susan was enrolled. His lecture was remarkable for its levels of inspiration and humility. (That summer she, Rosalinda Perron, and Asta Hansen-Nelson–also enrolled in BADA then–determined to produce a film together. They finally did so last summer, and we will go to the Poppy Jasper Short Film Fest (thanks, Rosalinda!) to see it featured in November.)
